To have vibrant hair that matches, October is the time to focus on repairing any damage left over from summer and build up its strength and beauty. Here are a few simple things you can do to restore the gloss and resilience that beach time, salt-water swims and the start of school took from your crown:

First, incorporate foods that are rich in iron and protein into your meals such as avocado, eggs, wheat bran, salmon or handfuls of spinach.
